This:

  1. Fixes build by re-introducing Cargo.lock
  2. Pins nixpkgs to the version from szalotka
  3. Adds autodetection in ./rebuild to push to szalotka if not running on it

Causes a spurious rebuild of encryptor/exim, probably because of some tiny technical diff.
